1. First Message & Photo Review
Book through our English Consultation Hub or message us directly on WhatsApp. Include three photos taken in natural daylight—front, 45° oblique, and profile—with your face relaxed and hair pulled back, along with a brief note on what bothers you most.
2. 1:1 Zoom Video Consultation or Written Preliminary Opinion
Before you book flights, you can schedule a 1:1 Zoom Video Consultation directly with Dr. Seungsoo Kim (or receive a detailed written surgical opinion). We outline the recommended procedure combination, anatomical rationale, required stay in Seoul, and transparent fee range.
3. Reserving Your Consultation & Surgery Window
Once your travel dates are set, we reserve your in-person consultation slot in Sinsa and hold a provisional surgery slot 1 to 2 days later so your stay in Seoul stays efficient.
4. In-Person Diagnostic Examination in Seoul
Dr. Kim examines your facial anatomy in person—measuring brow position with the forehead relaxed, testing skin recoil, and mapping SMAS vectors. Pre-operative blood tests and ECG are completed the same morning, with English consent forms and dedicated coordinator interpretation.
5. One-Doctor Surgery Policy
Dr. Seungsoo Kim performs your procedure personally from the first incision to the final suture. We never overlap major surgeries or hand off procedures to substitute doctors. Most patients return comfortably to their hotel the same evening.
6. Structured Aftercare in Seoul & Back Home
Dressing checks, LED swelling care, and stitch removal are completed before you fly home. Once you return home, your English coordinator remains your direct point of contact, and Dr. Kim reviews your progress photos at 1, 2, and 6 months.
