诊疗理念
"不是单纯拉紧，而是让组织回到'原本的位置'。"
金乘秀院长的诊疗原则，是把因衰老或多次手术而移位的面部组织，重新归位到原本的解剖学位置。 术中采用多层次剥离技术，让切口处的皮肤张力分散到SMAS及更深层组织，尽量减轻瘢痕负担。 临床操作以国际权威文献（Mendelson 2008、Jacono 2014、Gunter Dallas）为参照。
一人责任主刀（Single-Surgeon System）
在AVA整形外科，所有手术均由金乘秀院长本人主刀，从第一刀切开到最后一针缝合，全程亲自完成。 面诊、方案设计、手术操作到术后管理，都由同一位医生负责，医疗信息全程不脱节。 上一台手术没有结束，就不会开始下一位患者的手术安排。 始终坚持代理手术0%政策，不接受任何形式的代刀。
